A Christmas Wish

“We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature – trees, flowers, grass – grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence. . . . We need silence to be able to touch souls.” –  Mother Teresa

My wish for you is that you will feel gratitude and peace on this Christmas Day. I pray that you will feel God’s love, that you will be filled with joy, and that you will be empowered to spread light in our world.

Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones.

It’s what I felt this morning when I woke up and wished those I’ve loved and are now in Heaven a Merry Christmas.

Nice job, Sue. There is such beauty in simplicity. Despite my large family gatherings, we’ve had very nice, stress free gatherings. Nancy suggested that we each share our most favorite Christmas gift received or given. It was funny, sweet, and tender. There is something about the beauty of Christmas that puts everyone on their best behavior, because we realize the love we share is of utmost importance. Happy New Year.
